If you are looking for cottages, self catering cottages, holiday cottages or accommodation in or around north wales then you have come to the right place Holiday Cottages in North Wales has it all. Unlike many other self catering holiday cottages in the area (booked through Agencies), these cottages are our business and not second homes, we do all the cleaning and maintenance to ensure that they are of the highest standards and we are on site to help and advise on activities, walks, pubs, restaurants etc in the area as well as sorting out any niggles you may have as quickly as possible, after all your holiday is of paramount importance to us.
We offer FIVE exceptional Self Catering Holiday Cottages and Country House Bed & Breakfast (B&B) accommodation near north wales in a delightful and unique setting, with every attention paid to your comfort and enjoyment for your vacation or holiday, including free wi-fi. Our holiday cottages are in Llanbedrog, which is a short distance from north wales and Pwllheli, in the heart of the Lleyn / Llŷn Peninsula. Wern Fawr Manor Farm is a quiet haven, yet Llanbedrog beach, owned by the National Trust, is only 1.5 miles away; north wales, a lively boating village, 3 miles away and Pwllheli with a wide range of shops is 5 miles away. Savour the freedom of our cottages or experience the luxury of the farmhouse. We have ample parking for your cars and boats. We are a pet friendly establishment, where you can walk in our woodlands straight from your cottages, or go a local dog friendly beach - so bring your dog or pet to north wales and stay with us.
At Wern Fawr Manor Farm our self catering holiday cottages are refurbished to a high standard to add to the enjoyment of your holiday. There are no hidden extras - we include all linen (ie sheets with beds made up for you, towels, T towels and oven gloves) and electricity/heating in our prices (Note: From 1st October – 31st March we levy an additional charge due to the rise in fuel costs – we make an allowance of 10% your rental cost towards electricity costs of the cottage that you rent and any excess above this amount will be chargeable on your departure). We provide a 'Starter - Welcome Pack', consisting of bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, our own freshly laid eggs, plus soap, kitchen roll, toilet paper, washing up liquid and in The Bragdy Wern, Rose Cottage and The Cottage dishwasher tablets. All we ask is that you bring your own beach towels and detergent if you feel like washing! We also offer short breaks during the winter and autumn months, based on a percentage of the weekly rate. Golf - We are perfectly located for golf breaks as we are located in the middle of a number of high quality courses. Golf breaks are a perfect way to de-stress and concentrate on your game. We can provide accommodation near many unique golf courses that are frequently visited by some of the best golfers in the world. Golfing breaks in Wales have always been popular and we like to continue this tradition with our accommodation. We are close to north wales Golf Club, Pwllheli Golf Club and Nefyn Golf Club and also a 5 minute drive from Penrhos a 9 hole course and driving range. In addition there are washing, ironing and drying facilities available (with a small donation requested for the tumble dryers) and a welly shower too for the hardy hiker or ardent camper. We also have additional freezer space available, as well as a pay phone, gas or charcoal BBQ's, a coin operated sauna bath, pool table and table tennis.
Bragdy Wern (sleeps 10) - (the Old Farm Brewery!), is our latest and most luxurious self catering holiday cottage. A four bedroom cottage recently renovated and is on two floors. There are two ground floor bedrooms - a main bedroom which has a king size double bed, clock radio, the second bedroom has twin single beds; the other two bedroom are on the first floor and both have three single beds. The upstairs bedrooms share a shower/bathroom room and the downstairs bedrooms have a shared wet room shower. There is an open plan living area with a multi fuel burning Clearview stove, settees, dining table and 10 chairs, colour digital LCD Full HD flat screen 32" television with freeview and DVD player, radio. The lounge opens onto a conservatory complete with fan. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, 7 burner gas hob range with two electric ovens, American style fridge/freezer with chilled water/ice dispenser, washing machine and condensing dryer. The whole cottage has a pressured hot water system and oil fired central heating. At the front there is a private tarmaced drive and parking and the cottage is in its own ground overlooking fields.
Rose Cottage (sleeps 8) - A three-bedroom cottage with exposed beams. The main bedroom has a double bed, clock radio and en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has twin single beds, clock radio and hairdryer and the third two sets of bunk beds. These share a separate shower room. There is an open plan living area with a 3 piece suite, dining table and 8 chairs, colour digital LCD Full HD flat screen 32 " television with freeview, video and DVD player, radio, electric central heating and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and fridge. At the rear there is a small fenced in patio overlooking the fields and Rival Mountains, with plastic table and chairs and a gas BBQ.
The Cottage (sleeps 5) - A three-bedroom cottage with exposed beams. The main bedroom has a double bed, clock radio, hairdryer and en-suite basin and toilet, the second bedroom has a bunk bed and the third a single bed. There is a separate shower room. There is a living area with two settees, dining table and 5 chairs, colour digital LCD HD Ready flat screen 32 " television with freeview, video and DVD player, radio, electric fire, electric central heating and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and fridge/freezer. At the rear there is a small fenced in patio overlooking main walled garden, with plastic table and chairs and a gas BBQ.
Camellia Cottage (sleeps 2 + 2 on futon bed settees) - A one-bedroom cottage with exposed beams. The bedroom has a double bed, clock radio, hairdryer and en-suite shower room. There is an open plan living area with the additional sleeping arrangements of either a full size double futon sofa bed with deluxe mattress or 2 single futon bed chairs with deluxe mattresses. Also include is a colour digital LCD HD Ready flat screen 26 " television with freeview, video and DVD player, radio, electric fire, electric central heating and a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, electric cooker and fridge. At the rear there is a small fenced in patio overlooking the fields and Rival Mountains, with plastic table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ.
The Forge (sleeps 2) - A studio cottage consisting of an open plan living area with double bed, clock radio, hairdryer, and a separate shower room. There are two arm chairs and a colour digital LCD HD Ready flat screen 22" television with freeview and DVD player, pot bellied stove, dining table and four chairs and electric central heating plus a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, electric cooker and fridge. At the side there is a small patio, with table and chairs overlooking the fields, and a small charcoal BBQ. Ideal for a couple.

Wern Fawr Manor Farm, North Wales, is a Grade II * - 16th Century Country House, which has been extensively restored by the current owners. Situated in approximately 60 acres of its own grounds, 6.25 acres of gardens and fields and 54 acres of woodlands, where we are gradually creating nature trails and woodlands walks in for our guests to enjoy, all this is surrounded by open countryside, it is on the outskirts of Llanbedrog, close enough to enjoy what north wales has to offer, we are right in the heart of the Lleyn / Llŷn Peninsula, an area designated as one of outstanding natural beauty.
